Job Description
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Anticipate and address guest needs and preferences.
Build rapport with guests and create a personalized experience.
Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Assist with special requests and arrangements, such as room upgrades or dining reservations.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Prepare guest correspondence and documentation as needed.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures if required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
Contribute to the overall success of the guest relations team.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive and outgoing personality
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Knowledge of local attractions and activities
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
