Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Officer role located in Dubai at City Seasons Hotels. The Guest Service Officer will be responsible for guest services, customer service, communication, and receptionist duties on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Guest Service and Guest Services skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in receptionist duties
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
Knowledgeable in IDS system is a MUST.
Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
Administering check-ins and check-outs.
Providing front desk services to guests.
Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
Delivering mail and messages.
Processing guest payments.
Coordinating with bell service and staff management.
Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
Accommodating general and unique requests.
Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
