Contract Duration – 3 months extendable

Location – Dubai

Salary: 5000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner.

Provide concierge services, including reservations, transportation, and recommendations.

Maintain a strong understanding of hotel/venue facilities, promotions, and local attractions.

Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Assist in organizing VIP guest experiences and special events.

Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and company policies.

Keep accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to enhance future experiences.

Handle any emergency situations or guest concerns professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

1+ years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service in hotels, resorts, or luxury venues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
