Job Description:
– Assisting guests and visitors in finding their way around the office.
– Helping and maintaining the workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting necessary visitor logs, if needed.
– Assisting and maintaining variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans, if needed.
– Managing the booking of the meeting pod rooms and board room while being the one who answer incoming phone calls and routing them to the concerned department/colleague.
