About the location:

Seaside glamour on the Egyptian Riviera; with Egyptian underpinnings and a sleek waterfront setting, our resort-style hotel embodies modern Alexandria and its unique cosmopolitan flare. On one side, the Mediterranean Sea glistens in the sun; on the other, a dynamic metropolis buzzes with life. This stunning resort-style hotel opened in June 2007 and has a combination of classic hotel design and modern and contemporary beach suites and villas. Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall. It has 154 rooms including 31 suites, 30 beach suites and 6 villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, spa and fitness center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests, with a high level of professionalism and passion.

What you will do

The ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees.

The ability to welcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures.

The ability to interact with the guest and manage the guest preferences to enhance the guest experience in general.

The ability to communicate with other departments any concerns for guests, and ensure a seamless stay all over the hotel and beach suites.

The ability to quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.

The ability to perform all duties of the reception, concierge, PBX and retail shop sales agents when needed.

The ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff.

The ability to assist in escorting VIPs and return guests to their rooms as requested.

The ability to work closely with the reception, concierge and guest services staff to coordinate the efficient handling of guest arrival and follow up on guest requests.

What you bring

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language.

Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position. Candidates will need to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
