We are looking for a talented Auto Fitter who is passionate about sales, cars and adventures!
Job Description for Auto Fitter position below:
What is to be done as an Auto Fitter:
Perform complete dismantling and subsequent installation of interior and exterior parts of the car;
Replace sills, mudguards and fender liner, plastic and metal underbody, engine and gearbox protection;
Perform removal with subsequent installation or replacement of windshields, side and rear windows, replace hatches;
Carry out adjustment of the elements of the car interior in compliance with the necessary clearances;
Replace seats, seat belts, consoles, door trims, ceilings and carpets;
Replace or repair door locks, hinges, wiper trapezoids and power windows;
Replace radiators of heating and cooling systems with further connection of highways;
Carry out replacement of headlights and lanterns;
Replace lighting sources inside car switches and buttons;
Determine the sources of extraneous noise in the cabin, carry out their elimination, carry out sound insulation;
Determine the places of non-tightness of the body, carry out work on sealing;
Make an estimate of damaged parts for subsequent replacement.
What do we expect from you?
You constantly work in your specialty, there are no breaks in work for more than 6 months;
Your total work experience is at least 5 years;
You have practical knowledge of technologies for disassembling, assembling and replacing interior and exterior parts;
You have practical knowledge of the deformation properties of various metals and plastics;
Possess practical knowledge of the rules for preparing parts and assemblies before their installation;
You have practical knowledge of the causes of internal tensions, deformations and cracks, the appearance of squeaks, non-density and non-tightness;
Prevent the appearance of breakage;
Read blueprints.
Working conditions:
Working hours: 6/1 from 10:00 to 19:00;
