Job Description
Provide clean, hygienic, comfortable, and hazard-free areas in the hotel to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability. Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards in all areas of the hotel, fostering a high morale environment.
Manage the usage of all departmental master keys and other keys to ensure safety and security for guests and hotel property.
Maintain consistent standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times.
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, the Executive Office, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Hotel Management Degree/Diploma with 1 year of experience. Fresher applicants are also encouraged to apply.
