Position: Growth Marketing Manager (Content & Social Media)
Role & responsibilities
- Own and execute the content strategy across Linked In, X, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Instagram, with a primary focus on Linked In and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media channels.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats, including posts, threads, short videos, and blog articles.
- Grow brand awareness, engagement, and organic user acquisition through content marketing.
- Optimize You Tube videos for SEO, including titles, descriptions, keywords, thumbnails, and Shorts.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Monitor social media and website analytics, and continuously improve content performance.
- Propose and drive website content, landing page, onboarding, messaging, and product improvements based on marketing insights and user behavior.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder on growth strategy and marketing initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or Product Marketing.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong understanding of Linked In content marketing.
- Strong understanding of X (Twitter) growth strategies.
- Experience managing You Tube channels.
- Familiarity with Tik Tok and Instagram content formats.
- Strong SEO knowledge.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation.
- Basic Canva design skills.
- Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Ability to analyze data and make growth recommendations.
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
