About the Role
We're seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead the expansion of our construction services marketplace. You'll own the full funnel — from capturing high-quality leads for our contractors to ensuring long-term retention of every stakeholder on the platform: contractors, engineers, suppliers, and customers.
The ideal candidate is a rare blend: a creative storyteller and a rigorous data analyst. You won't just manage ads — you'll run experiments to optimize every touchpoint of the user journey, ensuring our marketplace stays balanced, active, and profitable.
What You'll Own
🎯 Lead Generation & Acquisition
Design and execute multi-channel lead gen campaigns targeting both sides of the marketplace — homeowners and developers (demand) and verified contractors and engineers (supply)
Optimize paid performance across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a strict focus on CPL and CAC
Develop high-converting lead magnets — cost calculators, industry guides, templates — that capture high-intent user data
🔄 Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Build and manage automated CRM workflows across Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications to keep users engaged long after signup
Analyze user behavior to identify churn points and design strategies to win users back
Launch loyalty and referral programs that turn our users into our best growth channel
📊 Data Analysis & Experimentation
Set up and monitor KPIs that track the true health of the marketplace
Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and in-app messaging to continuously lift conversion
Partner with our tech team to ensure tracking pixels and analytics are bulletproof
What You Bring
✅ Proven track record managing a two-sided marketplace (balancing supply and demand)
✅ Hands-on expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zapier), GA4, and Meta Ads Manager
✅ Deep understanding of SEO and Performance Marketing for local services
✅ The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that non-technical stakeholders actually use
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
1️⃣ You've launched our "Pre-Launch Challenge" and onboarded the first 50 verified contractors
2️⃣ You've reduced our Cost Per Lead by 20% through landing page optimization
3️⃣ You've built a retention sequence that brings 40% of users back to the app within 30 days

Qualifications:
Expertise in Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics for driving and analyzing marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Project Management to organize and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Strong knowledge of Web Analytics and Marketing Automation technologies for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in using data to inform strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.
