Your Mission
Generate qualified traffic, build our online presence and increase ecommerce sales through content, AI, automation and performance marketing.
You’ll be responsible for finding new ways to acquire customers every day.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create high-quality Instagram Reels
- Produce TikTok content
- Design engaging carousel posts
- Create educational longevity content
- Produce UGC-style advertisements
- Film and edit short-form video
- Write compelling copy
- Create email graphics
- Design landing pages
- Produce product launch campaigns
AI & Automation
Use AI tools daily including:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Midjourney
- Veo
- ElevenLabs
- Runway
- CapCut AI
- Canva AI
Create AI workflows to improve efficiency across the business.
Automate repetitive marketing tasks wherever possible.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimise:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Retargeting campaigns
- Conversion tracking
- Pixel implementation
- Google Analytics
- Looker Studio reporting
Constantly improve ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
Ecommerce Growth
Grow sales through:
- Shopify optimisation
- Landing page improvements
- Product page optimisation
- Upsells
- Bundles
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Checkout optimisation
- A/B testing
Community Growth
Identify where our ideal customers spend time online and engage naturally within:
- Facebook Groups
- X
- Discord communities
- Biohacking forums
- Longevity communities
Research trending conversations and identify opportunities to bring targeted traffic back to our site.

- Has 2+ years in digital marketing
- Has strong experience creating short-form video
- Understands ecommerce marketing
- Can edit videos quickly
- Has experience running Meta and Google Ads
- Is highly organised
- Thinks analytically
- Learns quickly
- Loves AI tools
- Stays on top of digital trends
- Has excellent written English
- Is proactive and takes ownership
