We're hiring a Growth Marketer for a high-growth DTC ecommerce portfolio based in Dubai, in-office, full-time.
This isn't a strategy role. This is a hands-on, multi-brand paid media role for someone who lives inside ad accounts every day.
You'll own paid acquisition across a portfolio of ecommerce brands – from account structure and budget allocation, to creative strategy and production. You'll use AI tools to ship creative at volume, run disciplined testing pipelines, and work backwards from contribution margin, not vanity metrics.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
- 1–3 years of hands-on DTC paid media experience (Meta + Google)
- You've personally managed ad accounts daily — not supervised someone who did
- Strong commercial mindset – you understand ROAS in the context of contribution margin
- AI-first approach to creative – you know the tools and where they break
- Comfortable running multiple brands simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Based in the UAE
