Position: Growth GM — Lead Ops, P&L & Expansion (F&B)
Fold Baked Goods, a Qatar-grown brand, seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive growth. You will oversee every department—operations, finance, procurement, marketing, systems and people—and unite them behind a clear strategy and hands-on leadership.
Based in Doha, you will own P&L and KPIs, drive expansion through new locations and channels, and represent Fold with partners. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of senior leadership in F&B/retail and fluent Arabic.
