Responsibilities:
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Data Analysis: Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives across ODH to collect and synthesize data to better understand existing processes and/or initiatives. Analyze data to assess operational efficiencies and identify areas for improvement that align with organizational goals.
Research & Benchmarking: Conduct desk and market research to establish industry benchmarks and identify emerging trends that could impact business operations. Provide insights and recommendations accordingly that could enhance business performance.
Transformation Strategy & Implementation: Partner with Transformation Director in conceptualizing, mapping out, designing and executing business transformation initiatives. Discuss and obtain buy-in from stakeholders through validating and supporting the adoption of new initiatives.
Project Leadership: Lead high-impact strategic projects and initiatives across the organization in all business areas. Take ownership of critical deliverables such as business cases, strategic assessments, policies, and presentations. Assume project management responsibilities under the guidance of the Transformation Director and/or Chief Transformation Officer.
External Expertise & Insights: Cultivate relationships with key external strategic partners to gather information and conduct a detailed analysis of market trends including industry regulations, and competitor activities. Develop impactful initiatives and cater for the operational implementation according to each business units’ characteristics.
Deep Analysis & Strategic Recommendations: Lead complex analytical deep dives into different operational and key performance indications across all business units. Deliver data-driven and actionable insights and recommendations incorporating key stakeholder inputs to support strategic decision-making. Present findings and recommendations to the Transformation Director and/or Chief Transformation Officer.
Develop Executive-Level Business Presentations: create and deliver high-quality business presentations to senior and/or executive management, effectively communicating key messages, project deliverables and recommendations.
Ad-Hoc Assignments: Manage and deliver ad-hoc projects in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic organization demonstrating strong business acumen with proven planning skills; preferably 2-3 years should be in a business development or transformation role or consulting position or finance background
Candidates must possess strong business acumen
Candidates are expected to be analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn and explore new areas.
Excellent time management, team working, interpersonal , communication and presentation skills
Exceptional abilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities
Ability to work well in a team as well as be a self-starter
