We’re looking for one person to own HR end-to-end across the holding company and all its subsidiaries not a specialist in one function, a true generalist who can run the entire employee lifecycle solo.
What you’ll own
– Recruitment — sourcing, screening, and hiring across the group
– Payroll — accurate, on-time processing across all entities
– Full employee lifecycle — onboarding, contracts, performance, offboarding
– UAE labour law compliance — MOHRE, WPS, visas, and free zone employment regulations
– HR policy, employee records, and grievance handling group-wide
