We are looking for a Group HR Manager for a technology company based in UAE.
Location – UAE (Hybrid Work Model)
Salary – 25,000 – 35,000 AED/month + annual bonus
Qualifications:
Proven experience in building HR policies and frameworks from scratch.
Strong background in setting up and managing HR functions in fast-growing companies.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and regulations.
Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Culture: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and growth goals. Establish a strong company culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement. The company is super big on company culture, so there is a need for someone who can come in and bring fresh ideas to the table to help build and sustain this culture.
HR Policies & Framework: Design and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Job Descriptions & KPIs: Create and define job descriptions, expectations, and KPIs for various roles across the business.
HR Team Build-Out: As the first dedicated HR professional, you will have full autonomy over the HR department. You will be responsible for building the HR team from the ground up, creating new policies and processes, and leading the HR function within the company.
Employee Relations & Well-being: Support employee engagement, performance management, and employee well-being initiatives.
Training & Development: Work on creating learning and development programs to nurture talent and support career growth.
