Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial performance of subsidiary companies.
- Develop and implement Group financial policies and procedures.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and liquidity management.
- Coordinate with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Review financial reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Develop management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
