Job Description:
Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop multi-brand schools and contribute to the group’s overall strategic vision and long-term planning.
Create and implement academic plans aligned with the group’s objectives, ensuring brand integrity across all school brands.
Hold Principals accountable for meeting KPIs and regularly review school leadership roles to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Lead the development of a rigorous curriculum and provide leadership for effective instructional practices.
Qualifications:
55 years old and below
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, 5 years of which in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector
Relevant educational leadership certifications are preferred
