Role Summary
As the Group Account Director, you will spearhead our operational excellence and client delivery, driving the agency towards new digital frontiers. You will champion our brand direction, orchestrate cutting-edge strategies, and ensure stellar execution, all while fostering strong client relationships and advocating for our agency’s core values both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and unify our marketing and communication teams (Brand, Creative, PR, Social, and Media) to pioneer a client-centric approach and stimulate business growth.
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including the Head of Brand and other department heads.
Champion creative excellence throughout the customer journey, influencing strategy reviews, financial updates, and brand campaigns.
Drive integration across all capabilities, delivering top-tier integrated communication solutions.
Mentor and nurture the team, enhancing skills and fostering professional growth.
Oversee the development and management of comprehensive communication strategies.
Manage client briefs from inception to execution, optimizing budgets and timelines for maximum return on investment.
Innovate and improve organizational processes to enhance content creation and distribution.
Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years’ robust experience in client services, specializing in brand, digital, social, and data-driven marketing projects.
Proven ability in managing large, matrixed teams and multitasking across concurrent projects.
Exceptional client liaison, communication, negotiation, and influential skills.
Resilient and proactive, with a swan-like ability to navigate challenges calmly and effectively.
A rapid learner who can demystify complex scenarios.
An inclusive team player with a hands-on approach to leadership.
Independent, channel-agnostic thinker with in-depth knowledge across various departments.
Passionate about the latest in marketing trends, innovations, and technology.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with impeccable writing and speaking skills.
