Role Description
- Groom dogs and cats to a high professional standard.
- Perform bathing, drying, clipping, trimming, nail care, and ear cleaning.
- Carry out hand stripping for suitable wire-coated breeds (mandatory).
- Provide de-shedding, de-matting, and breed-specific grooming.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet.
- Deliver excellent customer service and grooming consultations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic grooming environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer.
- Hand stripping experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques.
- Excellent animal handling and customer service skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about animal welfare.
