Design and implement a comprehensive English curriculum tailored to individual students.
Incorporate practical applications of English for various professions, including customer service, business communication, technical writing, and more.
Ensure alignment with educational standards and vocational training objectives.
Deliver engaging lessons in English, focusing on language proficiency, grammar, writing, speaking, reading, and listening skills.
Tailor lessons to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
Teach specialized vocabulary and language structures relevant to the students’ chosen fields.
Develop and administer assessments (e.g., quizzes, written exams, presentations, projects) to evaluate students’ language skills.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language abilities.
Track and report on students’ progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing additional support as needed.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Foster student engagement through interactive teaching methods and group activities.
Implement effective discipline strategies when necessary.
Offer guidance and support to students struggling with language skills, providing additional resources and one-on-one help when necessary.
Act as a mentor to students, helping them apply their English skills in real-world work scenarios.
Work with other vocational instructors to integrate English language learning across the curriculum.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding students’ progress and challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
