Role Summary
Manage GRC production to deliver efficient output with strong quality results, including mold design/execution and daily quality control, while coordinating with sites and shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise production steps (mixing, casting, curing, finishing) per procedures
Design and ensure mold setup for stable production outcomes
Perform in-process quality checks and support corrective/preventive actions
Track daily production performance and material/consumables usage to reduce waste
Coordinate with site teams for requirements and follow-ups
Review/align deliveries with delivery notes and shipped quantities
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
Required Skills
Strong GRC/GRP manufacturing knowledge and process discipline
Basic QC skills to detect defects and root causes
Quick, organized problem-solving
Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for reporting/tracking
Basic/Good English (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Experience: 3 to 7 years in GRC/GRP field
Experience with GRC, GRG, UHPC, and GRP products and related manufacturing processes
Mold setup/design/execution experience is a strong advantage
