Job Description:
A Web Designer is responsible for creating and developing the visual interfaces and user experience of websites, ensuring a smooth and attractive user experience. They transform ideas and concepts into visual designs that are compatible with various devices and browsers, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design website graphical interfaces in line with brand identity and user requirements.
Develop wireframes and interactive designs to enhance user experience (UX/UI).
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and optimal performance.
Use basic programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance interactivity and usability.
Optimize website performance for fast loading and seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and web technologies.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility in search engine results.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance design and overall experience.
Edit and enhance images and videos to complement website designs and improve user engagement.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with basic knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap.
Strong understanding of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) principles.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with developers and project stakeholders.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web design best practices.
Attention to detail and precision in executing designs.
Proficiency in image and video editing using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in web design or a portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
Experience in editing and optimizing multimedia content for websites.
