We are looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and helping grow our brand presence online.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit videos, reels, and other digital content.
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and digital ads.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing design and social media work.
Preferred Skills
- Photography and videography experience.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising.
- Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
