Position: Graphic Designer (SEHA)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Preparing all graphic designs and audio‑visual material.
- Receiving and assisting in the processing of all audio‑visual requests related to all activities.
- Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia.
- Preparing all audio‑visual materials in the facility, including marketing materials, print layouts, logos, images, and promotional tools.
- Laminating, binding, and photocopying educational materials.
- Designing, developing, completing, and distributing all printed material as communicated by the Graphic Designer/Multimedia Officer.
- Meeting with clients to establish their needs, using design software to complete projects and revising based on client feedback.
- Keeping records of all graphic design activities.
- Participating in all team efforts, collaborating with other members, and promoting effective communication and interdepartmental liaison.
- Complying with SEHA policies, procedures, and other regulatory requirements, including licensure, certification, and mandatory training.
- Maintaining confidentiality as per facility policy.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting a customer‑focused philosophy with stakeholders.
- Performing additional duties as assigned relevant to basic responsibilities.
- Adhering to occupational health and safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness guidelines.
- Continuously developing skills, dressing appropriately, and building key partnerships within the organization.

Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience
Qualifications
Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or an equivalent discipline. High School diploma in a relevant field is desired.
Specialist Certifications
Required:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other graphic design software. Desired:
None.
Experience
Required:
Several years of professional experience in graphic design, interior design, or a related field. Experience in a large healthcare facility is desired.
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in English language, MS Office, and computer skills.
Time management and strong written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in Arabic language desired.
