Position: Graphic Designer (Real Estate Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Design brochures, flyers, posters, digital ads, and social media creatives tailored for real estate marketing.
Develop branding assets for agents, agencies, and individual property listings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce cohesive and impactful visual campaigns.
Adapt designs for print and digital media, ensuring high-quality output across formats.
Customize listing templates to highlight property features effectively.
Edit and retouch property images to boost visual appeal.
Keep up with real estate and design trends to ensure fresh, engaging visuals.
Uphold brand guidelines and maintain top-tier design standards.
Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Assist in visual content creation for websites, email campaigns, and social platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Proficiency in photo & Video editing and image retouching for real estate visuals.
Bonus Skills in Canva, Figma, video editing, UI/UX, and digital marketing.
Experience creating real estate-focused social media content.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple design tasks.
Fluency in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
