Roles & Responsibilities
- Design Execution – Design a wide range of marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, catalogues, technical specification sheets, advertisements, and event materials.
- Digital Asset Creation – Create visually compelling assets for our digital channels, such as social media graphics, web banners, videos, email templates, and presentations for the sales team.
- Brand Consistency – Act as a guardian of the brand guidelines, ensuring that all creative output is consistent in its look, feel, and tone across every touchpoint.
- File Preparation – Prepare flawless, production-ready artwork for both print and digital applications, collaborating closely with the Print Production Specialist and digital teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Conceptual Collaboration – Work from creative briefs provided by the Creative Manager and marketing team to develop and iterate on design concepts that effectively meet project objectives.
- Asset Management – Help maintain and organize the library of creative assets, ensuring files are current, accessible, and correctly versioned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience – You have 5 to 10 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, either in-house at a premium brand or at a design or creative agency.
- Portfolio Required – You must submit a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional skill in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Your work should showcase a clean, modern, and premium aesthetic.
- Technical Mastery – You are an expert in the core Adobe Creative Suite applications like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Design Fundamentals – You have a deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and grid systems, and know how to apply them to create sophisticated and effective communication materials.
- Detail Oriented – You have a meticulous eye for detail, from pixel-perfect alignment in digital assets to precise typography in print layouts.
- Must have prior UAE work experience and proven experience in the furniture industry.
