As an Operations Coordinator for Fleet, you will:
Fleet Oversight:
Monitor daily performance and productivity of riders .
Ensure riders comply with operational protocols and company standards.
Logistics Management:
Coordinate rider schedules, route allocations, and shift planning.
Handle daily check-ins and resolve operational issues promptly.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between riders and the operations team.
Ensure clear and effective communication regarding updates, policies, and feedback.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all riders adhere to safety regulations, including proper bike maintenance and rider conduct.
Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, rider attendance, and incident reports.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve rider grievances, delays, or disruptions in coordination with internal teams.
Proactively manage emergencies or unexpected challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
