Graphic Designer and Content Creator (Office and Field)
Overall Objective of the Role:
We are seeking a creative individual with a strong “storytelling” ability, both visually and digitally, to be responsible for transferring the showcased image to our services in hospitality and guest experiences. This role combines artistic creativity in design and managing social media accounts, along with the field ability to document and produce, transforming dedicated efforts on the ground into inspiring content and professional designs that reflect the company’s identity and values.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Field Documentation:
- Field presence at service locations (sacred sites, hotels, or gathering points) to document activities.
- Produce professional photography and video clips that highlight the quality of services and human experiences.
- Create “short videos” (Reels/TikTok) quickly and in line with daily events during the season.
- Conduct short interviews and document success stories and experiences of guests.
2. Graphic Design and Visual Identity:
- Design daily posts for social media platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
- Prepare designs for seasonal advertising, infographics, and field guidance boards.
- Ensure consistency of all designs with the company’s visual identity (fonts, colors, artistic style).
- Retouch images to ensure they are presented in the best possible quality.
3. Management of Social Media Platforms:
- Participate in developing the monthly and seasonal content strategy.
- Write creative captions that align with each platform and engage the audience of guests and targeted demographics.
- Interact with the audience and respond to inquiries in a manner that reflects the spirit of hospitality and service.
