We are an 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are looking for highly motivated & Energetic individuals, who enjoy multitasking to join our team as Graphic Designer. The Candidate should be computer savvy, result oriented, excellent time management skills and has a keen eye for color & detail.
We are currently seeking “Printing Machine Operator – Large Format along with Graphic designing experience ”
Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Day to day production tasks of printing, file preparations, resizing, preparing layouts etc as assigned by supervisors / team leaders
- Coordinate with production teams to meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as follow directions as part of a team.
- Operate large format printing machines also.
- Finishing the jobs in allocated time frame, meeting quality standards
- Operating print & finishing machines following strict health & safety standards.
Skills & Abilities required:
- Knowledge / Experience of operating Wide format printing & cutting machines – AGFA / HP /Vutek, Esko, Epson, Mimaki, Zund ,Mutoh, Roland, Graphtec etc.
- Knowledge / Experience of operating Flatbed cutter –Esko konsberg, Zund , Colex or similar
- Advanced Level experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design related software’s
- Advanced Level experience of using different rip softwares – Onyx, Caldera, Photoprint, maintop etc.
- Ability to interpret and understand printing specifications, job orders, and layout designs.
- Knowledge of Operating Lamination Machine
- Highly organized and fast-paced to finish the jobs in tight deadlines
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude to handle every challenge and take initiative to solve them
- Strong PC and Mac operating skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift media rolls and other production material.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect and examine printed materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet the job specifications and requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Keep detailed records of print jobs, including quantity produced, materials used, and any issues encountered, for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology to enhance knowledge and skills in the field.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on production schedules.

Education and Experience
- Associate Degree / Diploma in Graphic design or any Technical studies related to printing and sign production
- Proven 2 years experience of working as a Graphic Designer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
