Job Title:
Graphic Designer and Video Editor
We are seeking a talented andinnovativeGraphic Designer and Video Editor who is passionate about the craft of design and video editing. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional creativity, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand’s vision across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:Craft high-quality visual assets including marketing materials, social media graphics, print collateral, video editing, and digital content. Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Concept Development:Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements. Transform abstract ideas into visually engaging designs.
Brand Consistency:Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all design projects. Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and guidelines.
Collaboration:Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
Feedback Integration:Revise designs based on feedback from the marketing team. Make adjustments and improvements to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Technical Execution:Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools to execute design projects. Ensure final outputs are prepared accurately for both digital and print formats.
Quality Assurance:Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy and consistency. Verify that all design elements are correctly formatted and meet quality standards before final delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design,Visual Arts, Video Editing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasingdiversedesign work and proficiency in design principles and techniques.
Skills:Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of 3D design will be an advantage, along with additional skills in motion graphics or video editing. Familiarity with web design and UX principles is advantageous.
Creativity:Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generateinnovative designideas and solutions.
Attention to Detail:High level ofattention to detailwith the ability to produce polished and accurate designs.
Communication:Strongcommunicationskills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
Time Management:Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment.
Experience with animation or motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
Understanding of print production processes and specifications.
