The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate the company’s message and brand identity. This role includes developing creative concepts, designing layouts, and producing graphics for a wide range of media.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Oversight: Monitor and manage the design process, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and align with the company’s objectives.
Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that support campaigns and initiatives.
Graphic Design: Create high-quality designs for print, digital, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Software Proficiency: Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce graphics and layouts.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketers and copywriters, to produce cohesive and effective designs.
Design Revisions: Implement client feedback and revisions to improve designs or align with project requirements.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong creative and artistic skills.
Attention to detail and ability to execute designs that align with brand identity.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Nationality: The applicant must be a Saudi citizen.
Educational Qualification: The applicant must hold a diploma from accredited technical, health, or administrative institutes or colleges, with a duration of no less than one academic year (two semesters), or a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Employment Status: The applicant must not be currently employed in either the public or private sector.
Social Insurance Registration: The applicant must not have registered in the social insurance systems or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for any job in the past six months.
Previous Benefits: The applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
