We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance the university’s brand, marketing efforts, and digital campaigns. This role requires advanced graphic design expertise, with a focus on producing high-quality ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation
Develop creative designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, email templates, advertisements, and presentations.
Design visually appealing course guides, flyers, and promotional materials for prospective students in the UAE and GCC region.
2. Ads for Digital Campaigns
Create high-quality, conversion-focused ad creatives for Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to design ads optimized for clicks, engagement, and lead generation.
Regularly analyze campaign results to refine and improve ad designs based on performance metrics.
3. Branding & Visual Identity
Maintain and enforce the university’s brand guidelines across all creative materials.
Ensure consistent design and messaging across all platforms and channels, aligning with the university’s vision and goals.
4. Digital & Print Design
Create designs tailored for both digital and print media, ensuring high-quality outputs suitable for each format.
Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accuracy in production for marketing materials.
5. Social Media & Web Assets
Design eye-catching visuals for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
Work alongside the social media and content teams to produce on-brand graphics that drive user engagement.
6. Concept Development
Translate marketing concepts into creative, innovative, and visually compelling designs.
Brainstorm and propose design solutions that align with campaign objectives and audience expectations.
7. Collaboration
Collaborate with content writers, marketing specialists, and videographers to ensure cohesive visuals that support overall campaign goals.
Provide graphic assets for PPC, social media ads, and other digital marketing initiatives.
8. Tools & Technology
Stay updated on the latest graphic design tools, trends, and software.
Utilize advanced design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, to create high-quality visuals.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
At least 1 year of experience in designing for the university or higher education sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Expertise in designing ad creatives for digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience designing for both digital and print media.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design basics is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior designers (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
