We are looking for a Design Architect who will be responsible for producing highly creative designs.
Responsibilities and Duties: –
· Lead architectural design on projects, working with the design team for project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations & schematic design.
· Prepare presentation drawings, 3D renders.
· Ensure the work conforms to applicable codes and standards.
· Supports the work of a more senior-level architect in executing design.
· Communicate and coordinate with sub-consultants.
Qualifications and Skills: –
· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture with skills in creative designing
· 5-10 years of experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
· Basic design & production skills, good problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
· Confidence in interfacing with clients, making presentations, and working in collaboration with other disciplines including engineers, landscape architects, and other designers.
· Ability to discuss, develop, and communicate ideas with verbal and graphic with clarity.
