Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our kitchen equipment products. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and effectively, helping to enhance their culinary operations. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, a keen eye for detail, and experience in kitchen equipment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair a variety of kitchen equipment, such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers and etc..,
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to kitchen equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.
Proven experience as a kitchen equipment technician or in a similar role within UAE
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
