About the Role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Training & Development team and contribute to the design of visual, training, presentation, and digital materials while ensuring alignment with the organization’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the organization’s brand identity.
- Design presentations, training materials, and communication materials.
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets.
- Ensure visual brand consistency across different materials and platforms.
- Prepare designs for digital and print production.
- Edit and enhance images and visual content as required.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make revisions efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
, or a related field. - 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design . - Experience with Canva or other digital design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition
. - Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
