We are looking for a Graphic Design Manager to lead the visual identity and creative output across a portfolio of large-scale events and exhibitions. This role requires someone who understands how design translates across physical event environments and digital platforms, and can deliver high-impact creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and design execution for event brands
- Develop event visual identities, key art, and brand guidelines
- Design and oversee production of large-format graphics, signage, stage backdrops, wayfinding systems, and exhibitor branding materials
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, operations, and production teams
- Manage external design agencies, printers, and production vendors
- Oversee the creation of all digital marketing assets
- Ensure all creative work is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized
Requirements
- 5–8 years of graphic design experience, ideally within events or media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and digital environments
- Experience designing for large-format print, signage, stage design, and event
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
- Strong understanding of print production, materials, and vendor coordination
- Leadership experience managing designers or coordinating with creative teams is preferred
