We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Design Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer Program.
About the Role
As a Graphic Design Trainee, you’ll support the Creative team in developing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. You’ll work on branding, social media campaigns, marketing materials, corporate profiles, presentations, and website visuals while utilizing the latest design technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create company profiles, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other corporate publications.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identities and visual guidelines.
- Design presentations, infographics, and visual assets for internal and external communications.
- Support website and digital interface design by creating visual layouts and graphics.
- Produce basic motion graphics and short promotional video content for social media.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, improve workflow efficiency, and generate innovative visual concepts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and professional printing.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets according to company standards.
- Stay up to date with design trends, AI technologies, and emerging creative tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of branding and visual communication principles.
- Content creation and social media design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing creative design work is preferred.
Software Skills
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma
- Microsoft Power Point
- Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar creative AI platforms.
This is a paid training opportunity supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
