We are hiring for IT Support specialist with our leading client based in Sharjah, UAE.
Seeking a talent with 2-4 yrs experience in IT Support
Providing first-line technical support to end-users
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business software applications.
Understanding on Web Development / Software application support.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2012 / Microsoft Dynamics 365
Knowledge of maintaining Firewall, Servers, CCTV, NAS Storage, Printers.
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously expand IT knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
