As part of Penspen’s strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s national talent pool, we are seeking fresh Engineering Graduates from Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical disciplines to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Main Purpose Of Role
Development Discipline Engineering Role to provide support to the engineering team on projects and within the business as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant discipline from recognized university
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage
Essential
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
- 0-3 years of Oil & Gas Experience
- Advantage:
Previous experience in region

- Positive communicator who will actively exchange information within department and within other departments. Good verbal & written communicator (English)
- Graduate Engineer level of technical knowledge. Capable of originating non-complex & non-critical engineering work. Basic working knowledge of standard software packages.
- Possess strong report writing skills & focuses on learning from the errors made under close supervision.
- Basic awareness of schedule dates.
- Basic awareness of man hour budgets.
