The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a structured, nine-month, full-time program designed to equip recent Saudi graduates with the skills, knowledge, and professional experience needed to launch a successful career in the capital market. Job Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:

Saudi.

Strong proficiency in English.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, including:

Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Engineering, Law, Statistics, Economics, Risk Management, Actuarial and Financial Mathematics.

Recent graduate from a Ministry of Education-accredited university.

For non-Saudi university graduates: Must provide an equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.

Required Documents:

ID

Graduation certificate (or official graduation statement if the certificate is pending).

Formal academic transcript.

Equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education (if applicable).

GOSI Contribution and Wages Certificates.

Employment Conditions:

Successful completion of the nine-month program.

Passing the General Securities Qualification Exam (CME1) during the program.

Meeting or exceeding the required performance rating.

Full compliance with professional conduct guidelines.
