Graduate Development Program – Enterprise AI Value Strategy
Program Overview
We are excited to offer a 2-month training program designed for Saudi nationals who are passionate about data and analytics. This program is part of our national talent development initiative and aims to equip participants with real-world consulting skills in data-driven strategy and technology.
Participants will work alongside our experienced consultants, gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools, and be mentored by industry experts. Upon successful completion, high performers may be considered for further career opportunities within Accenture.
Key Learning Areas
Foundations in data analytics, data science
, and business intelligence
Practical training with tools like Python, R, SQL, Spark, Tableau, and Power BI
Exposure to real client challenges and strategy execution models
Soft skills development: teamwork, presentation, and business communication
Program Requirements
Saudi nationality
Registration on the Jadarat platform
Bachelor’s in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
