Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and participate in various development activities.
GHD’s Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders and technical specialists. Over two years, graduates will work on diverse projects in Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors in the UAE and internationally. Your contributions will positively impact the environment and communities.
While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills.
We provide mentoring, development activities, on-the-job experience, exposure to various projects, and support toward gaining chartered status.
Based in Abu Dhabi / Dubai office
You will engage in different projects, applying your skills in various environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge grows.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver technical assignments and design activities under supervision.
Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
Use software for engineering design.
Participate in site visits and team meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
