Our client, a leading PR agency, is seeking an experienced Government Relations & Admin Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing government relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing operational setup and administrative functions in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders, leading negotiations to support business growth objectives.

Serve as the Bank Payment Authorizer and primary point of contact for all bank-related matters, ensuring timely processing of KSA expenses, including GOSI, taxes, and vendor payments, knowledge of Etimad.

Continuously assess and improve systems, procedures, and practices to enhance efficiency and performance, including implementing e-smart services and online portals for streamlined operations.

Act as the point of contact for all government portals, managing logins, OTPs, and updates.

Stay informed about policy, regulatory, and geopolitical developments, advising the organization on potential challenges and opportunities.

Oversee the tracking and maintenance of immigration and labor records, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Establish and enforce administrative standards and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and resolving discrepancies.

Provide expert guidance to management on local government regulations and services to ensure full compliance.

Safeguard the company’s interests by adhering to all governmental laws and regulations.

Lead the office setup in Riyadh, including finding office space, negotiating lease agreements, procuring supplies, and coordinating necessary works.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA Government Relations or a similar role.

Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy, with expertise in Microsoft Office and government e-services.

Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution abilities.

Ability to manage case-by-case handling and tracking of files efficiently.

In-depth knowledge of KSA regulatory requirements and compliance protocols.

Salary: 20k – 25k SAR plus benefits
