Call My Doctor Healthcare (callmydoctor.ae), a leading home healthcare provider in Dubai, is looking for an Appointment Coordinator to manage appointment bookings, coordinate with on-field medical staff and support agents, maintain patient records, and oversee fleet operations.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
– Coordinate with on-field medical staff and customer support agents for seamless operations.
– Maintain and update patient records accurately in the EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.
– Supervise and optimize fleet operations to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and coordination abilities (English & Hindi).
– Familiarity with healthcare operations is a plus.
– Proficiency in record-keeping systems.
Salary: 2500 to 3000
