Strategic Partnership Head – Vaccines (GCC)
About the role
As Strategic Partnership Head – Vaccines within our Vaccines team, you will shape and execute high‑impact external partnerships that accelerate growth, access, and public health impact across the Gulf region.
Act as the strategic integrator between our Vaccines portfolio and key external stakeholders to create mutual value and long‑term trust.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Vaccines partnership strategy for the GCC region, aligning with global and regional priorities.
- Build and manage a prioritized portfolio of strategic partnerships with governments, health authorities, NGOs, multilateral organisations and academia.
- Lead cross‑functional orchestration with Franchise, Medical Affairs, Market Access & HEOR, Public Affairs & Government Relations, and Supply & Operations.
- Embed partnerships into brand, access and country strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Position Sanofi as a long‑term, credible partner in prevention and immunisation, shaping narratives around vaccine confidence.
- Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder ecosystems across KSA and UAE, influencing without formal authority.
- Develop and execute high‑level negotiations with senior external stakeholders to create mutual value.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Vaccines, Public Health, Market Access, or Strategic Partnerships with a senior, strategic track record.
- Proven experience working with governments, public health institutions, NGOs and multilateral organisations.
- Advanced university degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Medicine or related field; postgraduate degree (MPH, MBA, MPA) is a strong advantage.
- Regional or international exposure, deep knowledge of GCC healthcare landscapes and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English mandatory;
Arabic highly preferred. - Willingness to travel extensively between KSA and UAE.
