Responsibilities:
Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
Giving advice to the customers with regards to food products
Ensure efficient and responsible handling of cash.
Maintain standard setting of the window displays
Monitor stock levels to ensure optimum stock handling within the restaurant/ outlet.
Ensure restaurant/ outlet procedures are followed to reduce wastage of food and non- food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor regularly through audit and quality checks as per operational requirements.
Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and to the guest’s satisfaction.
Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
Female. Preferably Russian speaker.
Experience from the food retail industry will be an added advantage
Certification in Food and Beverage/ Hospitality would be an advantage
Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing)
Can join immediately, preferably on a cancelled or visit visa
Flexible to work in any location within UAE
