We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Laundry Operation Person to join our team in UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our franchise business, including sales, location search, negotiation, training, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laundry operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing: Generate new business leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets.
2. Location Search and Negotiation: Identify potential locations for new laundry outlets, negotiate leases, and ensure compliance with company standards.
3. Training and Development: Provide training and support to new franchisees, ensuring they are equipped to operate their businesses successfully.
4. Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and hiring staff for new laundry outlets, including managers, customer service representatives, and laundry personnel.
5. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing laundry outlets, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and hygiene.
6. Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing support to franchisees, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they are meeting company standards.
7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and liabilities.
Requirements:
1. Education: Graduate in Hospitality, or experience in retail Laundry store in UAE region.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in laundry operations, sales, and marketing, preferably in a franchise environment.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team.
4. Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
5. Certifications: Laundry-related certifications are an added advantage.
