Job Summary:

Leads the development, launch, and growth of Go Range, a tech-enhanced golf driving range brand, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Holds full accountability for the strategic, commercial, operational, and financial performance of the business, scaling the network from three venues in 2026 to twenty venues by 2030 while safeguarding brand consistency, service quality, and commercial returns. Operates as the senior custodian of Go Range’s mandate to make golf more accessible, social, and engaging, in alignment with Golf Saudi’s strategy and Vision 2030 objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a scalable business strategy for Go Range, fully aligned with Golf Saudi’s mandate and Vision 2030 objectives

• Drive the end-to-end roadmap from pre-opening (site planning, recruitment, fit-out, and setup) through steady-state operations and multi-site expansion

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new locations across the Kingdom, building a robust and commercially viable venue pipeline

• Scale the network from 3 venues in 2026 to 10+ venues by the end of 2027 and 20 venues by 2030, maintaining quality and brand consistency across the estate

• Represent Go Range at executive, investor, and governmental levels, and cultivate strategic partnerships that accelerate growth

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day venue performance through the Venue Managers, spanning technology, customer experience, retail, tuition, and F&B

• Define, embed, and monitor SOPs, service standards, and operational KPIs consistently across all venues

• Lead collaboration with Golf Saudi shared services and internal functions (Human Capital, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Technology) throughout the incubation stage

• Manage group-level supplier relationships across retail, food & beverage, cleaning, security, and maintenance

• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership bench capable of supporting rapid multi-site growth

Commercial & Financial Performance

• Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial targets in line with the direction set by the Board of Directors

• Approve pricing models, vendor contracts, and capital investments within the delegated authority framework

• Lead commercial innovation across events, partnerships, retail, tuition, and sponsorship at group level

• Grow secondary revenue streams, membership base, and bay occupancy to strengthen unit economics

Governance & Risk

• Ensure adherence to Golf Saudi governance, delegated authorities, and applicable regulatory, health, and safety requirements

• Report performance, risks, and mitigation plans to the Board of Directors on an agreed cadence

Performance Measures

• Revenue, cost, and EBITDA performance against budget

• Number of venues opened, delivered on time and on budget

• Secondary revenue contribution and bay occupancy

• Growth in active memberships

• Group customer satisfaction and group employee satisfaction

Role Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience:

8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior executive or General Manager capacity leading a multi-site business. Proven multi-site leadership within hospitality, sports & leisure, or entertainment is essential. Exposure to golf, at both business and personal level, is a significant asset, and knowledge of the Saudi market and Vision 2030 is a strong advantage

Technical Skills:

P&L ownership and financial modelling; multi-site operations and SOP design; pre-opening and site selection; commercial, partnership, and sponsorship development; proficiency in MS Office and venue technology platforms. Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset, executive presence and stakeholder influence, decisive commercial judgement, talent development, and adaptability in a scale-up environment. Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom to oversee existing venues and assess new locations
