Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel solutions.
* Manage flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel arrangements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Convert inquiries into successful sales while achieving sales targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
* Previous experience in travel agency sales.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Good knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Visa Preference
* Candidates with their own visa or a sponsored visa will be given preference.
Salary
* Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and qualifications.
