Glass and Aluminium Supervisor (UAE experience required, UAE driving licence mandatory),
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in manufacturing and installing aluminium folding doors.
Supervise daily glass and aluminium fabrication and installation activities at project sites.
Coordinate and manage site workers, installers, fabricators, and subcontractors.
Review project drawings, specifications, and work schedules to ensure correct execution.
Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower requirements.
Inspect completed work and resolve installation or quality issues.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and other contractors regarding site activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Train and guide team members on installation techniques and safety practices.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to aluminium systems, curtain walls, doors, windows, partitions, and glazing works.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and company vehicles.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
Travel to project locations using a valid UAE driving licence as required.
salary depending on experience
Pay: AED500.00 – AED1,000.00 per month
